data collection means the collection and verification of meter reading data from natural gas meters; “data transfer” means the transfer of metered data to the GPRO;
Vapor collection system means a vapor transport system which used direct displacement by the gasoline being transferred to force vapors from the vessel being loaded into either a vessel being unloaded or a vapor control system or vapor holding tank.
Data Collection System means software designed for collection, tracking and reporting 17 outcomes data for Resident enrolled in the FSP Programs.
Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.
Electronic toll collection system means a system of collecting tolls or charges which is capable of charging an account holder the appropriate toll or charge by transmission of information from an electronic device on a motor vehicle to the toll lane, which information is used to charge the account the appropriate toll or charge.
Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.
Debt collection means the collection of unpaid tolls and applicable administrative fees by (i) 652 retention of a third-party debt collector or (ii) collection practices undertaken by employees of a toll 653 facility operator that are materially similar to a third-party debt collector.
Final Collection Date means the date on or following the Termination Date on which the Outstanding Loan Amount has been reduced to zero and all other Borrower Obligations have been paid in full.
Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.
Excess Servicing Fees With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), that portion of the Servicing Fee that accrues at a per annum rate equal to the Excess Servicing Fee Rate.
Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.
Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and
Principal Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.
Transfer Date means, in relation to a transfer, the later of:
Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.
Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.
Solar collector means a device, structure or a part of a device or structure a substantial purpose of which is to transform solar energy into thermal, mechanical, chemical or electrical energy.
Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.
Excess Servicing Fee Right With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the right to receive Excess Servicing Fees. In the absence of any transfer of the Excess Servicing Fee Right, the Master Servicer shall be the owner of such Excess Servicing Fee Right.
Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales or dispositions attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees, prepayment fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.
Monthly P&I Advance An advance of funds by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 or a Servicer pursuant to its Selling and Servicing Contract to cover delinquent principal and interest installments.
Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Excess Servicing Fee For each calendar month, as to each Mortgage Loan, the portion of the related Excess Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such month (determined in the same manner as the applicable Mortgage Rate determined for such Mortgage Loan for such month) multiplied by the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan immediately before the Due Date occurring in such month, but prorated for the number of days during the calendar month for such Mortgage Loan for which interest actually accrues on such Mortgage Loan and only from collections on such Mortgage Loan.
