billing time. The Concession Holder may not charge subscribers for Local, Domestic Long Distance and International Long Distance calls not billed after 110 days from the time when they were made. The special time periods established in CLAUSE 16 of this Agreement shall be applied to International Collect Calls and calls made through third-party operators which could not be reconciled within the time set forth above.

Related to billing time

  • Reporting Time means the relevant time (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Billing Cycle for any Mortgage Loan and Collection Period means the billing period specified in the related Credit Line Agreement and with respect to which amounts billed are received during the Collection Period.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).
