Big Boxes definition

Big Boxes means corrugated cardboard boxes approximately 42 inches long, 25 inches wide and 29 inches high with at least 16 metal staples along vertical side seam and having a certified Burst Strength of at least 275 pounds per square inch, a minimum combined weight facings of 138 pounds per thousand square feet, and gross weight limit of 85 pounds or approved equal.

Examples of Big Boxes in a sentence

  • Goods that cannot be transported hanging must be protected from adverse in- fluences in/on perfect transport containers (Euro boxes, Big Boxes, H1 pallets).

  • With respect to construction of the Big Boxes, (A) the Improvements shall be complete as defined in Section 1.3 hereof and (B) the Borrower shall furnish to Lender all evidence of completion required to be furnished to the Borrower pursuant to the leases demising the Big Boxes.

  • As per Paragraph 1 of this agreement, AMARIN will be the exclusive representative in the USA to stores defined as "Big Boxes" further defined as chain stores whose average size is over 40,000 Sq. Ft. and number over 100 stores per chain.

  • Lock Boxes has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Safe Deposit Boxes means the safe deposit boxes of the Failed Bank, if any, including the removable safe deposit boxes and safe deposit stacks in the Failed Bank's vault(s), all rights and benefits under rental agreements with respect to such safe deposit boxes, and all keys and combinations thereto.

  • Lockboxes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

  • Locked Box Accounts means the accounts in agreed form of the Group Companies, comprising a balance sheet as at the Locked Box Date and profit and loss account for the period which commenced on 18 October 2016 and which ended on the Locked Box Date;

  • ATMs means automated teller machines.
