BFI Assets definition
BFI Assets means all property, assets, rights and undertakings of the Obligors of whatsoever nature and kind, now owned or hereafter acquired by or on behalf of the Obligors and wherever located;

Related to BFI Assets
Transferred Assets means the assets, rights and properties of the Sellers that the Purchasers shall acquire as of the Closing.
IP Assets means all Intellectual Property owned or used by or purported to be owned or used by the Group Companies.
Sale Assets is defined in Section 5.2(a)(ii).
REMIC I Assets All of the Mortgage Pool Assets.
