Beverage Containers definition

Beverage Containers means a product that falls under the ‘Beverage Containerproduct category in the Recycling Regulation (B.C. Reg. 112/2010) of the Environmental Management Act and all amending regulations.
Beverage Containers means the used non-refillable registered beverage containers as described in the Regulation that have been sold in Alberta and have not previously entered the common collection system at any point.
Beverage Containers means containers fabricated from aluminum, bimetal, plastic or glass and commonly used for soda, beer, or other beverages.

Examples of Beverage Containers in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, Beverage Containers shall not include containers for which a refundable deposit is payable when the goods are Supplied (as such term is defined in the Regulations).
