Berthing Fees’ definition

Berthing Fees’ means the fees payable by the Owner to the Company as consideration for the granting of the License by the Company to the Owner, which fees are payable on the terms and with the modalities specified in ‘Annex II – Berthing Fees’
Berthing Fees’ means the fees payable by the Owner to the Marina as consideration for the granting of the right to berth by the Marina to the Owner, which fees are payable on the terms and with the modalities specified in ‘Annex III’;
Berthing Fees’ means the fees due by the Owner to the Company for the berthing of a Vessel at the Marina as identified in the mooring offer or the D-Marin platform contractor data page and confirmed in the confirmation email ;

Related to Berthing Fees’

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.
