The amendment allows for a rent supplement to pay for the fender improvements to Berth #1.
Berth means a safe mooring place along-side the quay used for stevedoring operations;
Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.
Working pressure means the settled pressure of a compressed gas at a reference temperature of 15 °C in a full pressure receptacle;
Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
