Bed Unit definition

Bed Unit means public or private overnight accommodation for one person in the Base Area (which unit is also commonly referred to as a "pillow" in the ski resort industry in British Columbia);
Bed Unit means a measure of a quantity of development, established as per the Guidelines to Alpine Ski Area Development in B.C. (Ministry of Environment and Parks, 1996), intended to be used in determining servicing and facility requirements for one person, calculated as follows:
Bed Unit means the accommodation required for one person to stay overnight, and includes accommodation which is available on a night-by-night basis and permanent residential accommodation;

Bed Unit means the floor area (or equivalent) required to provide overnight accommodation for one person or as may be assigned under the Terms and Conditions of the BC Commercial Alpine Policy
