BCUK definition

BCUK has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

  • The terms “Lenders,” “Required Lenders,” “holders of Notes,” or any similar terms shall, unless the context clearly otherwise indicates, include each of BCUK and Blockchain in its individual capacity.

  • Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

  • DGPC means Druk Green Power Corporation Limited including its successors and permitted assigns;
