BAM definition

BAM means Brookfield Asset Management Inc.;
BAM means Brookfield Asset Management Inc., a corporation existing under the Laws of the Province of Ontario, and is deemed to refer to all successors, including, without limitation, by operation of Law;
BAM means Build America Mutual Assurance Company, or any successor thereto.

  • Nothing herein shall preclude the Rights Agent from acting in any other capacity for BAM, the Company or for any other Person.

  • Any application by the Rights Agent for written instructions from BAM may, at the option of the Rights Agent, set forth in writing any action proposed to be taken or omitted by the Rights Agent under this Agreement and the date on or after which such action shall be taken or such omission shall be effective.
