BCC Event definition

BCC Event means the occurrence of either (a) or (b) below at a time when the Borrower is a Subsidiary of BCC:

  • If a BCC Event of Default shall occur, BC (i) may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to the BCC, and (ii) shall be entitled to any and all other rights and remedies under law or in equity.
