Batch Quantity, definition

Batch Quantity, with respect to each Product, shall mean, subject to the last sentence of Section 2.5, the quantity of Product listed in Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Horizon Pharma may only order Supplied Products in multiples of the applicable Minimum Batch Quantity.

  • SCHEDULE B Pavment/Yield Terms $ Price/Gram Net Peptide/Yield Yield per Batch Quantity Ordered 5% 6% 7% 8% 9% 10% 1-50 gms.

  • To the extent actual batch sizes manufactured by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ consist of more or less than the applicable number of tablets specified in the definition of "Full Batch Quantity" due to variations in yield within a reasonable variance to be identified in the Quality Agreement, the quantities of actual Product units contemplated by the applicable purchase orders will be automatically adjusted to reflect the actual batch sizes manufactured by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

Related to Batch Quantity,

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.
