Basic Texts definition

Basic Texts means the various governing and policy documents of AIIC, including, but not limited to, AIIC s Statutes, Code of Professional Ethics, Professional Standards, and Appendices to any of these documents.

  • This Agreement shall come into force immediately upon signature or accession by seven States, provided that such States include at least four developing countries and include States from at least five of the seven FAO regions as referred to in the Basic Texts of FAO.

  • Annual Business Plan means the development plan and budget report for Party B’s Business in the next calendar year which is prepared by Party B with the assistance of Party A pursuant to this Agreement before November 30 of each year.
