Basic Design Package definition

Basic Design Package means the diagrams, drawings, design data, equipment lists, major equipment specifications, engineering standards, and other documents, information, and materials prepared by Wink Engineering, LLC for Manager as part of the preparation of the Engineering Work, as more fully identified in Exhibit A.

  • All fees and charges incidental to classification and to compliance with the specified rules and regulations of Regulatory Bodies and the requirements of this Contract payable in connection with the construction of the Vessel shall be for the account of the Builder, except for fees, charges and expenses of the Classification Society incidental to the approval of the Phase 2 Basic Design Package and registration of the Vessel which shall be for account of the Owner.

  • The engineering will consist of a Basic Design Package (BDP) containing documents, activities and drawings in accordance with Appendix 1.

  • The price of the engineering of the BDP is: USD 390,000.-- The pricing comprises of a complete Basic Design Package as described in Appendix 1.

  • LIQTECH shall deliver Basic Design Package which will be defined as the Package required by the Project to fully design and operate the LIQTECH Systems (including but not limited to Detailed Design Files (DF), Material Requisition (MR) and Equipment Lists (EL), Operation Instructions and Maintenance Manuals for all equipment).

  • Basically the following payments will be applicable: For engineering: 60% upon signing of the Exclusive License Agreement 25% upon delivery of schematic layout and electrical power requirements 15% upon delivery of complete Basic Design Package Payment for the first term (60%) should be received by Salttech as soon as possible in order to initiate the engineering process.

Related to Basic Design Package

  • Design storm means a hypothetical discrete rainstorm characterized by a specific duration, temporal distribution, rainfall intensity, return frequency and total depth of rainfall.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;
