Baseline Quantities definition

Baseline Quantities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.1 hereof.

Examples of Baseline Quantities in a sentence

  • If the actual quantities of the Allowance Items in the Design-Build Work exceed the Baseline Quantities, the Design-Build Contractor will be entitled to payment by the Concessionaire of an amount equal to the agreed unit price and markup multiplied by the actual quantities which exceed the Baseline Quantities; provided however, that such payment by the Concessionaire to the Design-Build Contractor will not exceed $15,000,000.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.
