Baseline Application definition

Baseline Application means the Core Application, Baseline Interfaces, Customizations, and Third Party Software, including all components and Documentation, provided by Contactor pursuant to this Agreement. The Baseline Application is and shall become a component of the System Software.
Baseline Application means Core Application including Core Enhancements, Third Party Application, Baseline Customizations and Baseline Interfaces, and related Documentation, implemented by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement as part of the Implementation Services in order to meet the System Requirements.
Baseline Application means the baseline information that must be submitted to the Authority by all Applicants, in accordance with Section 14.1 of the RFA, regardless of whether the FCFS Process or the Comparative Selection Process applies;

Examples of Baseline Application in a sentence

  • Contractor shall implement the Baseline Application, by providing the minimum System Environment configuration requirements, developing Baseline Interfaces and any necessary Customizations, installing Baseline Application, performing applicable Acceptance Tests, conducting System training, achieving Pilot System Acceptance, and providing any other services required for successful completion of Phase I Pilot Installation, as specified in Tasks 1 through 8 of Exhibit B (Statement of Work) and this Agreement.

  • Contractor, or the rightful owner, shall remain the sole owner of Contractor’s Application Software, including the Baseline Application and Application Modifications, and all derivative works therein (hereinafter collectively “Work Product”).

  • CONTRACTOR shall document data and functional requirements associated with the new business processes, including, without limitation, the setup of the Baseline Application Software and the Baseline Application Modifications as described in Attachment A.1 (Application Software Functional Requirements – Optima 3 IMS).

  • Contractor shall modify the Baseline Application Software and present to the County the business rules, screens, and reports.

  • After all problems and deficiencies are corrected, as determined by the Exchange Team Lead and the Contractor Project Lead, the Exchange shall certify in writing that the User Acceptance Test has been completed, the System is acceptable and the Baseline Application is ready for implementation.

  • Contractor shall certify, in writing, that the Contractor has configured the Operating System and Baseline Application Software as stated in the Final Design Document including, without limit, modification of the Baseline Application Software as specified in Task 5 (Baseline Application Modifications) and Task 6 (Interfaces).

  • Contractor shall certify, in writing, that Contractor has successfully System Tested all components of the Baseline Application Modifications to the Application Software and has successfully corrected all identified Deficiencies and that the Baseline Application Modifications function as designed.

  • Contractor Project Director and County Project Director shall certify in writing that the User Acceptance Test has been completed, the System is acceptable and the Baseline Application is ready for implementation.

  • Contractor shall construct in Task 5 the Baseline Application Modifications to provide the functionality, the required system Interfaces and Custom Output Reports as shown in the Exhibit A (Statement Of Work), Appendix B and Appendices B1 through B8.

  • CONTRACTOR shall thoroughly System Test the Operating Software and the Baseline Application Software to ensure that all components function as designed.
