Bargaining Unit Faculty Member definition

Bargaining Unit Faculty Member means an individual bargaining unit member as defined in Article II. (References in the contract to "faculty members" shall mean bargaining unit faculty members.)

  • Before a formal hearing is conducted the University President or designee shall call a meeting with the charging party, the accused Bargaining Unit Faculty Member, and a representative of the AAUP-WSU.
