Bar Date To Object definition

Bar Date To Object will be the date set by the Court as the deadline for Class Members to file an Objection, and shall be approximately fifteen (15) days after the filing of the Motion for Final Approval.
Bar Date To Object means the day thirty (30) days after the date on which the Settlement Administrator has first sent Notice to the Class as provided in this Agreement.

  • Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.

  • Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.

  • Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment under Section 503(B)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(B)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Notice of Bar Dates [Docket No. 482], as such order may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.

  • Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which a proof of Claim must be or must have been Filed, as established by an order of the Bankruptcy Court, including a Bar Date Order and the Confirmation Order.

  • Claims Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which Proofs of Claim must be Filed, as established by: (a) the Bar Date Order; (b) a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court; or (c) the Plan.

  • Statement of Objections has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.

  • Plan Objection Deadline means the date the Bankruptcy Court establishes as the deadline to File an objection to Confirmation of the Plan.

  • Bar Dates means the date(s), if any, designated by the Bankruptcy Court as the last date(s) for filing Proofs of Claim against the Debtors.

  • Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Closing Date Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(b).

  • Objections Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(d).

  • General Bar Date means June 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) for certain Claims arising before the Petition Date, including 503(b)(9) Claims, Secured Claims, General Unsecured Claims, or Priority Non-Tax Claims as established by the Bar Date Order.

  • Administrative Claim Bar Date means the deadline for filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which shall be 30 days after the Effective Date.

  • Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order in which the Court certifies the Settlement Class, grants final approval of this Settlement Agreement, authorizes the entry of a final judgment, and dismisses the Action with prejudice.

  • Interim Response Costs means all costs, including but not limited to direct and indirect costs, (a) paid by the United States in connection with the Site between [insert date identified in Past Response Costs definition] and the Effective Date, or (b) incurred prior to the Effective Date, but paid after that date.]

  • Payment Date Statement means a report prepared by the Administrator setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Offering Memorandum, which will be in such form as is required under the Offering Memorandum and otherwise as agreed upon between the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.

  • Closing Date Cash has the meaning specified in Section 3.4(a).

  • Notice of Objection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Distribution Date Statement As defined in Section 4.02(a).

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • Final Order and Judgment means the final judgment and order of dismissal with prejudice to be entered in the Lawsuit in connection with the approval of the Settlement after the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.

  • Claims Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Closing Date Certificate means a Closing Date Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1.
