Bankruptcy Case Proceedings definition

Bankruptcy Case Proceedings means all proceedings and actions relating to the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case In re: FAO, Inc., a Delaware corporation, et al., Debtors, filed on January 13, 2003 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 03-10119 (LK)).

A non-exclusive list of the Litigation Claims held by the Debtors as of the Effective Date will be Filed with the Plan Supplement, which will be deemed to include any derivative actions filed against any Debtor as of the Effective Date.
