Bank Collateral Agent definition

Bank Collateral Agent means Bank of America, N.A. and any successor under the Credit Agreement, or if there is no Credit Agreement, the “Bank Collateral Agent” designated pursuant to the terms of the Lenders Debt.
Bank Collateral Agent means the collateral agent for the lenders and other secured parties under the Senior Credit Facilities, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the Senior Credit Facilities.
Bank Collateral Agent means the Person designated as such under the Credit Facility or a Person otherwise performing the duties typical of a collateral agent under a credit facility like the Credit Facility.
