Background Report definition

Background Report means a background report prepared by SecurTest that is further described as a Consumer report, as defined by the FCRA.

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Borrowing Base Certificate, the financial statements of Obligors and the Equityholder and the annual statements as to compliance and the annual Independent public accountant’s report.

  • Progress Report means the Progress Report described in Article D.1.0 (Reporting Requirements).
