B2B FIX Server definition

B2B FIX Server means, as set forth in the recitals to this Agreement. A brief description is set forth in Schedule 1 hereto.

  • The Bank retains the right to require the Client to demonstrate to the Bank the functionality of its systems as it pertains to integrating with the B2B FIX Server and to verify such functionality adheres to the B2B FIX Server.
