B-Fund definition

B-Fund has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • The indemnification obligations of the Members and the B-Fund under this Section 11.01(a) shall survive until the date that is 60 days after the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations.

Related to B-Fund
