Away Team definition

Away Team means the Team playing the Match at away from their home ground and/or appearing last on the Official Fixture List in the event a Match is conducted at a neutral venue.
Away Team means the football club playing against the Club in a Match.
Away Team means the second mentioned team in any table, posted by the Company for the purposes of betting under these Rules, or such team as may be specifically described by the Company as the "Away Team";

Examples of Away Team in a sentence

  • The above procedure shall be initiated with the travelling time of the Away Team in mind.

  • In these circumstances, if the Away Team has been notified that a match is to be played, then all reasonable efforts shall be made to ensure that the match proceeds in accordance with these regulations.

  • Due notification of these circumstances shall be communicated to the Away Team by the Competitions Manager.

  • It will be the responsibility of the Away Team to carry their Alternate strip with them at all times, to ensure that on match day the Away Team has sufficient flexibility to change its strip as necessary so as to avoid any clash of colours with the Home Team.

  • This meeting and discussion shall be held in sufficient time to enable the Away Team travelling on the day of the match to be notified of any abandonment prior to their departure for the match.

  • In the event of a change of match venue being necessary prior to a match because of unforeseen weather or field of play conditions, the Home Club shall take all reasonable steps to give adequate notice to the Federation and the Away Team as to the new match venue.

  • In particular instances or specific competitions, the Operator might display an offer in the so-called “American” format (ie: Away Team @ Home Team), where the host team is listed following the visiting team.

  • Unless otherwise approved by the referee, the Home Team shall occupy the North or West side of the field and the Away Team shall occupy the South or East side of the field.

  • Where the strips of the two Teams are alike or similar, the Away Team shall wear their alternate strip as long as that does not contain any of the basic colours of the Home Team and is approved by the Referee.

  • Indicate probable starting and ending dates, significant milestones, and a realistic estimate of the time needed to complete the various tasks identified in the project description.


More Definitions of Away Team

Away Team means the Team which is not the Home Team.
Away Team means the team that appears last in the match description published by the controlling body (e.g. home team vs. away team);

Away Team means the team that is listed by the sporting code as playing away from their home ground. If the Code does not nominate an Away Team, the Away Team will be nominated at the discretion of the Promoter.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Senior Managers means, collectively, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Aas, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a membership of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of dependent adult abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, public health, social work, law, law enforcement and other disciplines relative to dependent adults. Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.
