Available Fund definition

Available Fund means the net available balance in the Prepaid Account of the Client on the relevant Business Day; “Business Day” means a day on which securities companies are open for business in Thailand;
Available Fund means the cash balance of the Client after the settlement of the costs, fees and other expenses incurred from Securities trading.
Available Fund means any money-market, debt or equity fund or pooled investment vehicle sponsored by Alliance or its Affiliate or other fund or security that is designated by the Committee from time to time as an Available Fund.

  • The Company reserves the rights to impose restrictions on the minimum and maximum amount of withdrawals of the Available Fund.

  • The Client agrees that all trades in Securities through the Prepaid Account are to be settled via adjustments to the Available Fund on due date as regulated by the Stock Exchange which currently require to settle both Purchasing Values and Sales Proceeds within 3 business days from trade date.

  • If the Company receives any dividend, interest, or any other benefits from the Securities held in the Prepaid Account, the Client agrees to deposit the benefits as Available Fund in the Prepaid Account on the relevant Trading day.

  • The Interest will be accrued on the Available Fund in the Prepaid Account daily and calculated at end of each Business Day.

  • Parents will be informed of any Level III misbehavior offense committed by their child immediately by the administration of the school.

  • The interest incurred in the Prepaid Account shall be posted into the respective Client’s Prepaid Account at the end of last Business Day of the relevant month for calculation of the Available Fund.

  • Upon submission of written request for withdrawal of the Available Fund, the Client agrees not to place any order to Securities trading in excess of the Trading Amount (after deduction of the withdrawal amount).

  • The Client agrees to maintain the Available Fund in the Prepaid Account for the purpose of Securities trading in accordance the terms and conditions hereof.

  • In this respect, the sum of Available Fund shall not be less than the minimum amount as notified by the Company from the right to change the method of calculating and paying interest according to aforementioned requirement of which the Company time to time.


More Definitions of Available Fund

Available Fund means, as of any date, an amount equal to the sum -------------- of (i) fifty percent (50%) of the Consolidated Net Income of the Company calculated for the period (taken as one accounting period) commencing on March 1, 1998 and terminating at the end of the Company's most recently completed fiscal quarter preceding such date and (ii) the Available Proceeds.

Available Fund resulting from any Excess Sale Event shall mean (1) if such Excess Sale Event shall consist of a Sale Leaseback, an amount equal to the Net Sale Proceeds of the assets sold by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary, as the case may be, in connection with such Sale Leaseback or (2) if such Excess Sale Event shall consist of the expiration of the Application Period for a Substantial Sale, an amount equal to the excess of (I) the Net Sale Proceeds of such Substantial Sale over (II) the sum of (x) the aggregate amount applied (or caused to be applied) by the Borrower during such Application Period, by reason of such Substantial Sale, to the purchase, acquisition or (in the case of real estate) construction of Alternative Assets plus (y) the Additional Portion, if any, of such ---- Net Sale Proceeds to be so applied during the Further Period immediately following such Application Period, as specified in the Officers' Certificate furnished pursuant to subdivision (ii)(B) of Section 8.07 in connection with such Substantial Sale; and
Available Fund means the available workforce education fund.
Available Fund means, in relation to a Transfer, a fund in which Units are available for investment via both the Transferring Platform and the Receiving Platform;

Related to Available Fund

  • Available Funds With respect to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans to the extent received by the Master Servicer (x) the sum of (i) all scheduled installments of interest (net of the related Expense Fees) and principal due on the Due Date on such Mortgage Loans in the related Due Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date, together with any P&I Advances in respect thereof; (ii) all Condemnation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period (in each case, net of unreimbursed expenses incurred in connection with a liquidation or foreclosure and unreimbursed Advances, if any); (iii) all partial or full prepayments on the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period together with all Compensating Interest paid by the Servicer in connection therewith (excluding any Prepayment Charges); (iv) all Substitution Adjustment Amounts with respect to the substitutions of Mortgage Loans that occur on or prior to the related Determination Date; (v) all amounts received with respect to such Distribution Date as the Repurchase Price in respect of a Mortgage Loan repurchased by the Mortgage Loan Seller or the Sponsor on or prior to the related Determination Date; and (vi) the proceeds with respect to the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to clause (a) of Section 11.01; reduced by (y) amounts in reimbursement for Advances previously made with respect to the Mortgage Loans and other amounts as to which the Servicer, the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator or the Trustee are entitled to be paid or reimbursed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Available Funds Shortfall As defined in Section 3.03(b)(ii)(A).

  • Distributable Funds with respect to any month or other period, as applicable, shall mean an amount equal to the Cash Flow of the Company for such month or other period, as applicable, as reduced by reserves for anticipated capital expenditures, future working capital needs and operating expenses, contingent obligations and other purposes of the Company or any Subsidiary, the amounts of which shall be reasonably determined from time to time by the Management Committee.

  • Available Funds Cap Any of the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap, the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap or the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap.

  • Eligible Funds On any Distribution Date, the portion, if any, of the Available Distribution Amount remaining after reduction by the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest on the Senior Certificates, (ii) the Senior Principal Distribution Amount (determined without regard to Section 4.02(a)(ii)(Y)(D) of this Series Supplement), (iii) the Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount (determined without regard to Section 4.02(b)(i)(E) of this Series Supplement) and (iv) the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest on the Class M, Class B-1 and Class B-2 Certificates.

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Reportable Fund means any 1940-Act registered open end investment company for which an Adviser serves as investment adviser as defined in Section 2(a)(2) of the 1940 Act, or any 1940-Act registered investment company whose investment adviser or principal underwriter Controls an Adviser, is Controlled by an Adviser or is under common Control with an Adviser.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series2023-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2023-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).
