Available Fund definition

Available Fund means the net available balance in the Prepaid Account of the Client on the relevant Business Day; “Business Day” means a day on which securities companies are open for business in Thailand;
Available Fund means the cash balance of the Client after the settlement of the costs, fees and other expenses incurred from Securities trading.
Available Fund means any money-market, debt or equity fund or pooled investment vehicle sponsored by the Company or its Affiliate or other fund or security that is designated by the Committee from time to time as an Available Fund.

  • The Company will not permit its Consolidated Net --------- Worth at any time to be less than the sum of (i) $10,000,000 and (ii) the Available Fund.

  • No interest shall accrue to you for the duration that the repayment or payment sum is reflected in your user account with the Platform and forms part of the Available Fund for Use in the Trust Account.


More Definitions of Available Fund

Available Fund means, as of any date, an amount equal to the sum of -------------- (i) fifty percent (50%) of the Consolidated Net Income of the Company calculated for the period (taken as one accounting period) commencing on March 1, 1998 and terminating at the end of the Company's most recently completed fiscal quarter preceding such date and (ii) the Available Proceeds.

Available Fund resulting from any Excess Sale Event shall mean (1) if such Excess Sale Event shall consist of a Sale Leaseback, an amount equal to the Net Sale Proceeds of the assets sold by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary, as the case may be, in connection with such Sale Leaseback or (2) if such Excess Sale Event shall consist of the expiration of the Application Period for a Substantial Sale, an amount equal to the excess of (I) the Net Sale Proceeds of such Substantial Sale over (II) the sum of (x) the aggregate amount applied (or caused to be applied) by the Borrower during such Application Period, by reason of such Substantial Sale, to the purchase, acquisition or (in the case of real estate) construction of Alternative Assets plus (y) the Additional Portion, if any, of such ---- Net Sale Proceeds to be so applied during the Further Period immediately following such Application Period, as specified in the Officers' Certificate furnished pursuant to subdivision (ii)(B) of Section 8.07 in connection with such Substantial Sale; and

Related to Available Fund

  • Available Funds means, with respect to any Payment Date, (1) the sum of the following amounts, without duplication, with respect to the Receivables in respect of the Collection Period preceding such Payment Date: (a) all collections on Receivables, (b) Advances, (c) all Liquidation Proceeds attributable to the Receivables that became Liquidated Receivables during such Collection Period in accordance with the Servicer’s customary servicing procedures and all Recoveries, (d) the Purchase Amount of each Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable as of the last day of the related Collection Period, (e) partial prepayments relating to refunds of warranty or insurance financed by the respective Obligor thereon as part of the original contract and only to the extent not included under clause (a) above, (f) amounts on deposit in the Reserve Account after giving effect to all other deposits and withdrawals thereto or therefrom on the Payment Date relating to such Collection Period in excess of the Required Reserve Amount, (g) amounts on deposit in the Negative Carry Account, if any, after giving effect to all other deposits and withdrawals thereto and therefrom on the Payment Date relating to such Collection Period in excess of the Required Negative Carry Account Balance, (h) Investment Earnings for the related Payment Date, (i) any Collection Account Redeposits for the related Payment Date, (j) all amounts received from the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 5.04 of the Indenture and (k) the net amount paid to the Trust under the Interest Rate Swaps since the preceding Payment Date, if any, minus (2) the Servicing Fee, reimbursements for Advances and other amounts payable to the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement for the related Payment Date (unless the Servicer elects to defer part or all of such fee); provided, however, that in calculating Available Funds all payments and proceeds (including Liquidation Proceeds) of any Purchased Receivables the Purchased Amount of which has been included in Available Funds in a prior Collection Period shall be excluded. Available Funds for each Payment Date will not include, and the amount of Available Funds will not be reduced by, the amount of any Supplemental Servicing Fees.
