Available Employee an employee who is either on standby or on the spare board or on layover at home terminal.

More Definitions of Available Employee

Available Employee means each current Employee as of the date of this Agreement, plus those added in accordance with Section 9.1(b), but excluding (i) such Employees who retire (under the terms of the applicable qualified defined benefit pension plan) or die prior to the Closing Date, (ii) the Employees of the Transferred Subsidiaries and (iii) the Transition Employees listed on Section 6.7(b)(2) of the Disclosure Letter.
Available Employee means any Business Employee who is identified as a “Listed Employee” by SU pursuant to the Employee Matters Letter Agreement; provided, however, that for purposes of the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement, such term shall not include any such Listed Employee to whom Oncor does not actually make an offer of employment and ultimately hire pursuant to the Employee Matters Letter Agreement.

Available Employee means each employee of Seller or its Affiliates (other than the Company) who is identified as an “Available Employee” on the Employee List.

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.

  • Eligible Participant means an employee, officer, consultant or director of the Company or any Affiliate.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

  • Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.

  • Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.

  • Eligible Executive means an employee of the Company selected as being eligible to participate in this Plan under Section C.1.a.

  • Comparable Employee means as defined in Regulation 5(4) of the AWR being an employee of the Hirer who:

  • Plan Year means the calendar year.

  • Qualified Participant means an individual who is a participant of Tier 2 and who meets 1 of the following requirements:
