Auxiliary Documents definition

Auxiliary Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Auxiliary Documents means the written materials, except Merchant Agreements and Correspondent Agreements, including advertising, marketing, promotional and other related marketing materials, all as used in connection with the Company's Merchant Business and the solicitation of merchants and correspondents.
