Authorized Source definition
Authorized Source means Original Component Manufacturers (OCM), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Authorized Distributor (AD), Authorized Aftermarket Manufacturer, and Suppliers, approved by the Organization, that obtain parts exclusively from an OCM, OEM, AD, or Authorized Aftermarket Manufacturer.
Authorized Source means an Original Manufacturer, AD, AAM, Authorized Reseller, or other supplier approved by Buyer in writing that obtains Parts exclusively from an Original Manufacturer, AD, or AAM.
Authorized Source. Means a company selected by Licensor to manufacture the Licensed Product or a company selected by Licensee with Licensor's written approval pursuant to Article 4.2 below.
