Authorized Course definition

Authorized Course means Palo Alto Networks’ standard training courses listed in Exhibit A, which may be amended from time to time in Palo Alto Networks’ sole discretion. Authorized Courses shall include all of the courses developed by Palo Alto Networks and for which the Authorized Academy Instructor is qualified to teach.

Authorized Course means a course is taught at a Licensor-authorized facility by an instructor certified by Licensor to teach such course. An Authorized Course must include and cover all concepts in the Licensor Materials.

Authorized Course means a training course in relation to SUSE products and/or solutions that is taught at a SUSE- authorized site by a Certified Instructor. An Authorized Course must include and cover all concepts in the SUSE Materials and must meet the minimum number of Teaching Days as outlined in the Authorized Course description.

Examples of Authorized Course in a sentence

  • AAC Partner may use the Course Materials provided by Palo Alto Networks for each Authorized Course.

  • Orders must be placed at least ten (10) days in advance of Authorized Course delivery.

  • AAC Partner shall ensure that the Authorized Academy Center locations at all times meet the requirements for conducting each Authorized Course.

  • Authorized Course names and numbers must be referenced accurately by JNCAAM, and all non-Course Materials used for instruction and teaching must be clearly identified as such and differentiated from Courses Materials.

  • JNCAAM students may earn Juniper professional certification, by earning a discounted voucher through a pre-test at the end of each Authorized Course.

  • During and after the Term of this Agreement, Licensee will assist and cooperate with Zscaler in all respects and will take such further acts reasonably requested by Zscaler to enable Zscaler to acquire, transfer, maintain, perfect, and enforce its Intellectual Property Rights and other legal protections in the Authorized Course Materials and Authorized Courses, including any derivative works of the foregoing.

  • Approved course means a course that has been approved by the department for the training of lead professionals.

  • Specified Courts is defined in Section 6.9.

  • Core Course means a course that a student admitted to a particular programme must successfully complete to receive the degree and which cannot be substituted by any other course

  • Child custody proceeding means a proceeding in which legal custody, physical custody, or visitation with respect to a child is an issue. The term includes a proceeding for dissolution of marriage, separation, neglect, abuse, dependency, guardianship, paternity, termination of parental rights, and protection from domestic violence, in which the issue may appear. The term does not include a proceeding involving juvenile delinquency, contractual emancipation, or enforcement under article III.

  • Selected Courts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07.
