Authorized CFO Delegate definition

Authorized CFO Delegate means the Chief Financial Officer or the Treasurer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, or any officer or employee of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer to whom the Chief Financial Officer has delegated or to whom the foregoing individuals have sub-delegated any of the Chief Financial Officer’s functions.
