Authority Approvals means any and all approvals, registrations, licenses, permits or authorizations issued by the appropriate competent authorities in each country or region of the Territory, enabling the Products and/or Combination Products, to be lawfully marketed and commercialized in said country or region, including pricing and/or reimbursement approval if and where applicable.
