Authorised Representative/Signatory definition

Authorised Representative/Signatory means either Party’s authorised person (s) who has the authority to sign, act on behalf of and to make or enforce contractual and/or operational decisions or outcomes relating to this Agreement and the Call Off Contract

Related to Authorised Representative/Signatory

  • Authorised Representative means any natural or legal person established within the Union who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf in relation to specified tasks;

  • Authorised Representatives means the duly authorised officers, directors, employees etc of either Party as recorded in Annex C;

  • Applicable Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, (i) until the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the Administrative Agent and (ii) from and after the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative.

  • Authorised Signatories means any two authorised officers of the Issuer signing jointly.

  • Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.
