Authenticators definition

Authenticators has the meaning given to it in clause 6.1 of these Terms;
Authenticators means one or more unique usernames, passwords and/or other devices necessary to enable you to access and use the System;
Authenticators means identification number, initial password, GBXP Card details (GBXP Card number, expiry date and CVV code, PIN), other Account credentials and information specific to You to use the Services;

Examples of Authenticators in a sentence

  • You shall ensure that the Authenticators are used exclusively by the relevant Authorized User.

  • Authorized Users will need to enter their Authenticators each time they wish to access the Phoenix Portal or use any of the Phoenix Services.

  • You shall promptly notify us if you become aware of, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, the loss, theft or disclosure to any third party of any Authenticators or of any unauthorized use of such Authenticators.

  • User hereby assumes full responsibility for any and all use, unauthorized use or misuse of the Service by any of User’s employees and/or agents, or by any other individual(s) using User’s Authenticators to access the Service, and User acknowledges and agrees that any breach by such individual(s) of any of User’s obligations hereunder shall constitute a breach of such obligations by User.

  • Further, if we believe that you have supplied your Authenticators to other persons in breach of Clause 6.3, we may terminate the Account Agreement forthwith.

  • The following provisions apply to implementations of Authenticators and/or Descramblers in Software.

  • The terms of this Section 6.2.5 shall apply to implementations of Authenticators and/or Descramblers in Hardware ("Licensee's Hardware Implementations").
