Authenticators definition

Authenticators has the meaning given to it in clause 6.1 of these Terms;
Authenticators means one or more unique usernames, passwords and/or other devices necessary to enable you to access and use the System;
Authenticators means identification number, initial password, GBXP Card details (GBXP Card number, expiry date and CVV code, PIN), other Account credentials and information specific to You to use the Services;

Examples of Authenticators in a sentence

  • You will be able to access this information using your Authenticators.

  • You are responsible and liable for the security of the Authenticators and all Instructions given and Transactions and Contracts entered into using such Authenticators.

  • You may access the Services only by using such Authenticators or by using replacement Authenticators created in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Clearing Firm will take appropriate steps to maintain, and ensure that its Authorized Representatives maintain, the confidentiality of Authenticators and secure the Authenticators from unauthorized use.

  • Authenticators: We will provide you with such user identification, initial password, digital certificates and/or other devices (collectively, “Authenticators”) as are necessary to enable you to access and use the Services.

  • The Company shall provide each Clearing Firm with one or more user identifications, initial passwords, digital certificates and/or other devices (collectively, “ Authenticators”) necessary to enable its Authorized Representatives to access the Company’s systems as appropriate, and Clearing Firm shall be responsible for providing Authenticators to its Authorized Representatives.

  • You will need to provide the Authenticators each time you wish to use the System and/or Secure Access Website.

  • You will change or replace any Authenticators as soon as possible after receipt of instructions to do so from EXT.

  • You shall promptly notify EXT, if you discover or have reason to suspect or believe that an improper Instruction, Order, Transaction or Contract has been initiated using the Authenticators provided by EXT hereunder; provided, however, that you will be bound by the Instruction, Order, Transaction or Contract regardless of whether or not such improper Instruction, Order, Transaction or Contract was authorised by you.

  • You authorise EXT (i) to act on or, as applicable, transmit any Instructions which EXT receives from you pursuant to methods designated by EXT, and (ii) to create replacement Authenticators if original Authenticators are lost or forgotten.

  • Authentication Agent means an institution, reasonably acceptable to the Company, appointed by the Trustee to authenticate the Notes.

  • Authenticating Agents As defined in Section 9.10.

  • Strong Customer Authentication means an authentication based on the use of two or more elements categorised as knowledge (something only the user knows), possession (something only the user possesses) and inherence (something the user is) that are independent, in that the breach of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and is designed in such a way as to protect the confidentiality of the authentication data;

  • Secure Authentication means access to the Licensed Work by Internet Protocol (“IP”) ranges, Referring URL, Username and Password, or by another means of authentication agreed in writing between the Publisher and the Licensee from time to time.

  • Authentication of product history means, but is not limited to, identifying the purchasing source, the ultimate fate, and any intermediate handling of any component of a radiopharmaceutical.

  • Authentication means a procedure which allows the payment service provider to verify the identity of a payment service user or the validity of the use of a specific payment instrument, including the use of the user’s personalised security credentials;

  • Authenticating Agent means any Person authorized by the Trustee pursuant to Section 614 to act on behalf of the Trustee to authenticate Securities of one or more series.

  • Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.

  • Authentication Order has the meaning specified in Section 2.01 hereof.

  • Certificate of Authentication The meaning specified in Section 2.1.

  • Authenticated means (a) with respect to the issuance of a Warrant Certificate, one which has been duly signed by the Corporation and authenticated by manual signature of an authorized officer of the Warrant Agent, (b) with respect to the issuance of an Uncertificated Warrant, one in respect of which the Warrant Agent has completed all Internal Procedures such that the particulars of such Uncertificated Warrant as required by Section 2.7 are entered in the register of holders of Warrants, “Authenticate”, “Authenticating” and “Authentication” have the appropriate correlative meanings;

  • Manual means a document or a set of documents that provide written instructions to staff of the Owner;

  • Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Definitive Trust Certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Authentic means: (A) genuine; (B) from the legitimate source claimed or implied by the marking and design of the product offered; and (C) manufactured by, or at the behest and to the standards of, the manufacturer that has lawfully applied its name and trademark for that model/version of the material.

  • Notation of Guarantee means a notation, substantially in the form of Exhibit A, executed by a Guarantor and affixed to each Security of any Series to which the Guarantee of such Guarantor under Article XII of this Indenture applies.

  • Note Registrar have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.4 of the Indenture.

  • Issuing Entity Order or “Issuing Entity Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Securities Administrator Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interest, or any successor securities administrator appointed as herein provided.

  • DTC Legend means the legend set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Certificate Registrar means the register mentioned and the registrar appointed pursuant to Section 3.4.

  • Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • OID Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(3) hereof to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture that have more than a de minimis amount of original issue discount for U.S. Federal income tax purposes.

  • Registrar Functions means the functions with regard to:

  • Owner Trustee Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Owner Trustee at which its corporate trust business shall be administered, which initially shall be 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000 Attn: Corporate Trust Administration, or such other office at such other address as the Owner Trustee may designate from time to time by notice to the Certificateholder, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Depositor and Harley-Davidson Credit.
