Western Australia the following definitions‑
Motorsport Australia means the Confederation of Australia Motor Sport Ltd. trading as Motorsport Australia;
Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Australia means the Commonwealth of Australia.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Mauritius means the Republic of Mauritius and includes:
Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of the central banking and also includes its successors;
Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.
Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;
RSC means the Regional Security Coordinator(s) (RSC(s)) appointed for CCR Hansa, unless it is explicitly otherwise stated, according to Article 77(1)(a) of the SO Regulation that will perform the tasks allocated to this(these) RSC(s) according to Article 77(1)(c)(i) of the SO Regulation;
Plastics means synthetic materials chemically formed by the polymerization of organic (carbon-based) substances. Plastics are usually compounded with modifiers, extenders, and/or reinforcers and are capable of being molded, extruded, cast into various shapes and films or drawn into filaments.
Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (As Revised) of the Cayman Islands.
Bermuda means the Islands of Bermuda;
Blackwater means wastewater contaminated by human body waste, toilet paper and any other material intended to be deposited in a receptor designed to receive urine or feces.
HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.
Australian Corporations Act means the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth) of Australia.
LTD means NMC Healthcare Limited (in administration);
HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.
PTE means a prohibited transaction class exemption issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as any such exemption may be amended from time to time.
CCA means the Connecting Care Act, 2019, and the regulations under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
GP LLC means Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
broadcasting means the transmission by wireless means for public reception of sounds or of images or of images and sounds or of the representations thereof; such transmission by satellite is also “broadcasting”; transmission of encrypted signals is “broadcasting” where the means for decrypting are provided to the public by the broadcasting organization or with its consent;
BVI means the British Virgin Islands.
Overseas means outside the conti- nental United States, but does not in- clude Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, the Isthmus of Panama, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.
