Aussie Broker definition

Aussie Broker means any person engaged by an Independent Contractor to provide the Services. Aussie Business means the promotion, marketing, origination or other distribution of loan, credit and other financial and related products by AHL Investments on its own behalf or as intermediary for a Supplier or Strategic Partner. Aussie Centre means a store operating under the Image and the Aussie System. Aussie Centre Franchisee means a person, including the Franchisee, who has entered into an Aussie Centre franchise agreement with Aussie to operate an Aussie Centre in accordance with the Aussie System.
