ATOC definition

ATOC means the Association of Train Operating Companies including any of its successors and assigns;
ATOC means the Association of Train Operating Companies formed under the constitution signed by the TOCs and others dated 23 July 1995;
ATOC means the Association of Train Operating Companies formed under the constitution signed by the Operators and others and dated 23 July 1995.

  • Unless the RSP provides details of the Upgrade to Approved ▇▇▇▇ and Approved Information Systems in accordance with Clause 4-56 of this Agreement, the Creating Operator will notify the full details of the Upgrade to any Operator, ATOC Travel Agent, ITX Travel Agent and/or Approved Third Party specified by the Creating Operator in the Product Implementation Form.
