  • Any maintenance agreement and/or Task Order for Post-Warranty Support entered into by Contractor and Client in connection with the Integrated System delivered under this Agreement shall require Contractor to cooperate with Client in its efforts to resolve interoperability problems that arise during the Post-Warranty Support Term related to the use of such Integrated System with specific AT in a specific AT/IT Environment.

  • The Accessibility Testing Vendor shall test such Software for accessibility against the ITD Standards, and for interoperability with the AT/IT Environment List.

  • Prior to providing any Services under this Agreement, including, without limitation, design work, Contractor’s Program Manager and design professionals shall meet with Client’s Program Manager to review the ITD Standards and the AT/IT Environment List, and to discuss their impact on the design process.

  • Client shall test Third Party Software components for which Contractor has provided VPATS against the ITD Standards, and for interoperability with the AT/IT Environment listed in the AT/IT Environment List.
