Associated Firm definition

Associated Firm means, in respect to the Firm, the Firm’s subsidiaries or holding companies or subsidiaries of such holding companies with “subsidiary” and “holding company” being as defined in Section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 (as amended from time to time);

  • In any of these transactions, we will act as agent for the Associated Firm, and nothing we do in connection with such transactions will make us your agent.

  • D.6.2. In respect of programme trades, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or an Associated Firm may execute an own account transaction in any Investment included in a programme trade.
