Assessor Data definition

Assessor Data means public record information concerning characteristics of individual real property parcels, including, but not limited to, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, sales information, history and assessed value. Assessor Data is often referred to as tax assessor or tax roll data.

  • All such Assessor Data and the GIS shall be treated in confidential manner, except as otherwise expressly stated in a written document.

  • The CCAO agrees to provide Agency access to the GIS and Assessor Data only upon the conditions and based upon the representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement.

  • The Assessor shall at all times retain at least one back-up copy of the Assessor Data.

  • Except to the extent necessary to proper use of them as contemplated by the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement does not grant the Assessor any rights to, under or in, any patents, copyright, database right, trade secrets, trade names, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights or licences in respect of the Reports, Assessor Data, Services or the Documentation.

  • Agency agrees that access to the GIS and/or Assessor Data is conditioned upon and provided as set forth in this Agreement solely for its use in performing its official purposes (as described in Exhibit A).
