Assembly Constituency definition

Assembly Constituency means a constituency provided by law for the purpose of elections to the Legislative Assembly.

  • the Constitution means the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996;

  • Hazardous waste constituent means a constituent that caused the hazardous waste to be listed in Subpart D of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 721, or a constituent listed in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 721.124.

Habitats of endangered or threatened species are identified using the Department's Landscape Project as approved by the Department's Endangered and Nongame Species Program.
