ASpouse definition

ASpouse means the individual to whom the Director is legally married at the time of the Director=s death, provided, however, that the term ASpouse@ shall not refer to an individual to whom the Director is legally married at the time of death if the Director and such individual have entered into a formal separation agreement or initiated divorce proceedings.
