ASP Equipment definition

ASP Equipment means the Equipment located at Reynolds and Reynolds.
ASP Equipment means the hardware in the Direct Control of Provider that is used to provide the Service via Provider’s Web Site.

Examples of ASP Equipment in a sentence

  • Provider cannot and will not be responsible for loss of User Information associated with the failure of the ASP Equipment, the Application or Third-Party Components employed in providing the Services.

  • When possible, Provider will provide alternative access to the Applications during Normal Business Hours when necessary actions require temporarily terminating availability to the ASP Equipment.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.
