Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
McDaniel means McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
SR means state route and has the same meaning as state highway as defined in this section.
Managing Partner means KKR Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Research Analyst only as to those Covered Securities which he or she is assigned to cover and about which he or she issues research reports to other Investment Persons or otherwise makes recommendations to Investment Persons beyond publishing their research. As to other securities, he or she is simply an Access Person.
CFAF means the currency of the Borrower;
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
AT&T means AT&T Corp., a New York corporation.
general medical practitioner means a general practitioner as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
PIR means Problem Identification Report.
Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
Estuary means a semi-enclosed, naturally existing coastal body of water which has a free connection with the open sea and within which seawater is measurably diluted with fresh water derived from riverine systems. [Section 373.403(15), F.S.]
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
MD means Michael S. Dell.
TO Manager means TO Manager of the Agency. The Agency may change the TO Manager at any time by written notice to the TO Contractor.
Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.
DR means an American Depositary Receipt, European Depositary Receipt, or Global Depositary Receipt or similar instrument issued by a depositary to represent the underlying securities held by the depositary.
Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.
