ARESEP definition

ARESEP means Autoridad Reguladora de los Servicios Públicos, the Borrower’s entity regulating the provision of public services established and operating pursuant to the provisions of Law N˚ 7593 enacted by the Borrower’s Congress on August 9, 1996 and published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette (La Gaceta) N° 169 on September 5, 1996, as amended to the date of this Agreement, and any successor or successors thereto.
