During the term of the Agreement, Dearborn shall be responsible for gaining and retaining the continuing education approvals from the appropriate authorizing entities such as ARELLO and the individual states for only Dearborn developed courses.
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
Growler means any fillable, sealable container complying with federal law.
SERFF means the system for electronic rate and form filing. SERFF is a proprietary NAIC computer-based application that allows insurers and other entities to create and submit rate, rule and form filings electronically to the commissioner.
DARO means "days after the effective date for award of the contractual action".
SAM means the federal System for Award Management (SAM); which is the federal repository into which an entity must provide information required for the conduct of business as a recipient. 2 CFR 25 Appendix A (1)(C)(1).
