Archival Materials definition

Archival Materials the permanently valuable holdings of the National Archives of the United States in printed, microfilm, microfiche, and other formats.
Archival Materials means those documents and other materials to be donated or otherwise transferred by Marlboro to third parties, all as identified in Appendix F.

  • Because physical materials and customer-driven needs may vary for selections of Archival Materials, imaging standards and other specifications will be incorporated into each Project Plan.

  • In accordance with 36 C.F.R. 1254.62, for any Archival Materials digitized that are not in the public domain, Moon Collectors, LLC will be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permission for use, copying, and publication from copyright holders, any other existing intellectual property rights holder, any other applicable provisions of the Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code), and for any other rights including, but not limited to, rights of publicity.

  • NARA shall not transfer control, custody or ownership over any Archival Materials to Moon Collectors, LLC or any third party.

Archival Materials means documents that have enduring value and include unpublished manuscripts, correspondence, photographs, audiovisual materials or other multimedia, cartographic and pictorial materials regardless of the form in which they are preserved, but does not include institutional records currently in use, publications or other expressive works produced for public consumption;

Related to Archival Materials

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.
