  • The Relevant Matter shall inform the market that after the acquisition of the ARACRUZ SHARES OF ARAINVEST has been completed, a request for registration of a public offering for acquisition of the outstanding common shares issued by ARACRUZ shall be presented, in accordance with article 254-A of Law No. 6404/76 and CVM Instruction No. 361/02.

  • A proportional distribution shall be adopted, if necessary, for those who pay in shares issued by ARACRUZ or with credits.

  • Up to the third (3rd) business day after the Initial Investment from BNDESPAR has been made, VCP shall acquire the ARACRUZ SHARES OF ARAINVEST.
