Mobile ice cream vendor or "ice cream truck" means any motorized or non-motorized vehicle in which ice cream, popsicles, ice sherbets or frozen desserts of any kind are carried for purposes of retail sale on the streets of the City. A mobile ice cream vendor is a type of mobile food vehicle under this Chapter.
