APPROVALS REQUIRED. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Papers to which it is a party by the Company, nor the consummation by the Company of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby requires the consent or approval of, the giving of notice to, or the registration, recording, or filing of any document with, or the taking of any other action in respect of any Tribunal except for the routine filing of copies of this Agreement and certain other Loan Papers with the Securities and Exchange Commission, except for any of the foregoing required of any Bank or Agent.
APPROVALS REQUIRED. No approval, authorization, consent, order or other action of, or filing with, any person, firm or corporation or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority is required in connection with the execution and delivery by the Shareholder of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions described herein, except to the extent that the Shareholder may be required to file reports in accordance with relevant regulations under federal and state securities laws.
APPROVALS REQUIRED. The Agreement is not subject to the shareholders’ approval and approval of any government authorities.
APPROVALS REQUIRED. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.18 or as contemplated or as required by this Agreement, no approval, authorization, consent, order or other action of, or filing with, any person, firm or corporation or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority is required in connection with the execution and delivery by the Acquiree Shareholder of this Agreement or the consummation by them of the transactions described herein, except to the extent that Acquiree Shareholder may be required to file reports in accordance with relevant regulations under federal and state securities laws upon execution of this Agreement and/or consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
APPROVALS REQUIRED. The Shareholders' Agreement is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company or any other relevant authorities.
APPROVALS REQUIRED. Developer shall obtain all approvals necessary under any provision of local, state or federal law before proceeding with development of the Project. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this Agreement does not control or affect laws, regulations or approvals which are not within the control of the County. This Agreement does not address any approvals required by state or federal law and Developer shall be responsible for obtaining any approvals required by state or federal law. The BOCC agrees to provide reasonable assistance to Developer, as necessary, appropriate and consistent with the spirit and intent of this DRRA in Developer’s pursuit of all required state and/or federal laws necessary to complete the Project.
APPROVALS REQUIRED. The Proposals are subject to the approvals being obtained from the following authorities/parties:-
APPROVALS REQUIRED. This Lease shall not become effective unless approved by the Governor and the Legislature of the Virgin Islands.

Except as set forth on Schedule 5.4, no approval, authorization, consent, clearance, order or other action of, or filing with, any person, firm or corporation, or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, or any governmental or non-governmental trade group, is required by Buyer in connection with the execution and delivery by Buyer of this Agreement or the performance by Buyer of the transactions described herein.
APPROVALS REQUIRED. Except for any filing required under the HSR Act, and as set forth on SCHEDULE 8.4, no approval, authorization, consent, clearance, order or other action of, or filing with, any person, firm or corporation, or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, or any governmental or non-governmental trade group, is required by the Purchaser in connection with the execution and delivery by the Purchaser of this Agreement or the performance by the Purchaser of the transactions described herein.
