Common use of APPROVALS REQUIRED Clause in Contracts

APPROVALS REQUIRED. Except for any filing required under the HSR Act and except as set forth on SCHEDULE 6.9, no approval, authorization, consent, clearance, order or other action of, or filing (other than notice) with, any person, firm or corporation, or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, is required by GLAS, Americas or Holding in connection with the execution and delivery by it of this Agreement or the performance by it of the transactions described herein.

APPROVALS REQUIRED. Except for any filing required under the HSR Act and except as set forth on SCHEDULE 6.9Schedule 7.9, no approval, authorization, consent, clearance, order or other action of, or filing (other than notice) with, any person, firm or corporation, or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, is required by GLAS, Americas CAS or Holding in connection with the execution and delivery by it of this Agreement or the performance by it of the transactions described herein.

Except for any filing required under the HSR Act Act, and except as set forth on SCHEDULE 6.98.4, no approval, authorization, consent, clearance, order or other action of, or filing (other than notice) with, any person, firm or corporation, or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, or any governmental or non-governmental trade group, is required by GLAS, Americas or Holding the Purchaser in connection with the execution and delivery by it the Purchaser of this Agreement or the performance by it the Purchaser of the transactions described herein.

Except for any filing required under the HSR Act Act, and except as set forth on SCHEDULE 6.97.5, no approval, authorization, consent, clearance, order or other action of, or filing (other than notice) with, any person, firm or corporation, or any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, or any governmental or non-governmental trade group, is required by GLAS, Americas the Parent or Holding the Purchaser in connection with the execution and delivery by it the Parent and the Purchaser of this Agreement or the performance by it the Parent and the Purchaser of the transactions described herein.
